Fire crews were called to two separate incidents on Wednesday, March 18, including a trailer fire east of Tulliby Lake and a vehicle fire north of Blackfoot.
Trailer destroyed east of Tulliby Lake
The first call came in just after 9 a.m. for a trailer on fire east of Tulliby Lake.
Marwayne Fire & Rescue and County #9-6, Ops O Armitage, were dispatched to the scene. When crews arrived, they found the small trailer had already been fully consumed by fire.
The cause remains under investigation.
Minimal damage in Blackfoot vehicle fire
Later in the day, just after 1 p.m., Blackfoot Fire and Rescue was notified of a possible vehicle fire on Range Road 21 north of the Hamlet of Blackfoot.
Firefighters responded and were able to get the situation under control with minimal damage reported.
Officials say the cause has not been determined, but it is not considered suspicious.
