RCMP Seize Cocaine, Pills, and Police Gear in Myrnam Drug Bust
A joint investigation by St. Paul and Two Hills RCMP led to a major drug seizure in Myrnam on Nov. 7, 2025. Officers executed a search warrant at a residence following a drug trafficking probe that began in July.
Inside, police found nearly 400 pills, about 250 grams of cocaine, ammunition, Canadian cash, police body armour, and various drug paraphernalia.
A 56-year-old woman from Myrnam, Diane Cecile Montandon, was arrested and charged with several offences, including:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – opioids (other than heroin)
- Illegal possession or trafficking in government documents
- Illegal possession of body armour
Montandon was released following a judicial interim hearing and is scheduled to appear in St. Paul Court of Justice on Dec. 4, 2025.
