Biegler checked his ticket while stopped at a gas station and was shocked when the screen flashed the top EXTRA prize.
“I think the first thing I felt was relief,” he said. “I’m happy! I’m excited!”
He scanned the ticket again just to be sure. “And when I got home, I looked up the numbers so I could show my wife it was real!” he laughed.
Plans for the Win
The local winner already has a plan for how to spend his new fortune.
“I’m thinking some of it will go to updates on the house, a newer vehicle, and some savings for the kids’ education,” he said. “The [remaining] balance will go into investments for the future.”
