Property Crimes, Traffic Complaints Dominate August in Vermilion
Vermilion RCMP fielded 288 calls for service during the month of August 2025. The majority of calls were traffic or vehicle-related, with property and persons crimes also making up a significant portion.

Charges and Penalties
In total, Vermilion RCMP laid 52 charges in August:

Of the criminal charges:

1 was for failing to comply with court conditions

7 were related to persons crimes
In addition, three drivers received administrative penalties for impaired driving.
