Residents in Cold Lake should expect more activity in the skies on Saturday, September 13, 2025, as 417 Squadron conducts a special event.
Between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., CH-146 Griffon helicopters will be flying in the area as part of the squadron exercise.
4 Wing says they remain mindful of their Lakeland community neighbours and will take steps to limit disruption. While some noise is expected, efforts will be made to minimise the impact over the City of Cold Lake.
