In Loving Memory: David Pickard – Memento Funeral Chapel

With much sadness, the family of David John Pickard of Calgary, Alberta announces his passing on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at the age of 71 years.

One of David’s favorite things was spending time in the outdoors. Two things only surpassed his love for nature: time spent hunting and fishing.

David will be mourned by his niece: Audrey (Raymond) Michaud of Bonnyville, AB and their child, Savannah Michaud; nephew: Nathan Pickard of Wetaskiwin, AB and his child, Jaxson Pickard; as well as many other relatives and friends.

David was predeceased by his parents: George & Peggy Pickard; brothers: Lloyd Pickard, Gerald Pickard.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes in memory of David may be sent to the Kidney Foundation of Canada – Northern Alberta & the Territories Branch, 11227 Jasper Avenue #202, Edmonton, AB T5K 0L5.
