Spectators now have the opportunity to watch events taking place at the Energy Centre rinks from the comfort of their own homes.

LiveBarn launched at the Energy Centre at the end of July 2025, offering a view of both the Imperial Oil Place Arena and the Cenovus Energy Arena. Currently, LiveBarn is not available at the North Arena.

“We’ve had quite a few people ask about a service like LiveBarn,” said Mayor Craig Copeland. “This way, family and friends can watch games or events, even if they can’t physically be in the building.”

The subscription service offers events both live and on demand for 30 days. The subscription also has other features, like saving short clips or highlights, downloading games, and more.

Some events may be cast in Private Mode, which requires an additional access code on top of the subscription fee.

“Some events, like closed try-outs, or large, ticketed events, may fall under the Private Mode category, where the broadcast isn’t available or needs a special code,” said Copeland.

Viewing can be accessed through the LiveBarn app, available in various app stores, or on the LiveBarn tvOS or AppleTV. Use discount code cold-live to save 10%.
