Mannville man on mischief charge scheduled in court: Vermilion RCMP
A Mannville man is scheduled to appear in court today regarding a mischief charge.
On Nov. 29, 2024, Vermilion RCMP received a report of a possible break and enter in progress at a residence located in Mannville.
Members attended and conducted an investigation into the matter.
It was determined that a previous tenant had attended the property and forced the door open, causing damage, in order to retrieve their belongings.
Christopher Favero, a 44-year-old resident of Mannville, has been charged with one count of mischief under $5000.
Favero was released on an undertaking.
He is scheduled to appear in court today Monday, Jan. 20, at the Alberta Court of Justice in Vermilion.
