A motorist will be facing a charge following a two vehicle collision along Highway 41 near Kehewin on Thursday afternoon.
Bonnyville RCMP members were dispatched at about 3:00PM, approximately 30 kilometres south of town, where one vehicle was hurled into a slough in the ditch following a collision.
Bonnyville Fire and EMS attended the scene.
Police say the investigation determined the driver of a northbound SUV veered into the oncoming lane causing it to collide with a southbound SUV.
The occupants of both vehicles sustained minor injuries and were taken to the Bonnyville hospital via ambulance.
The driver of the offending vehicle is facing a charge under the Traffic Safety Act.
