Forty-four people spent their Sunday morning in Bonnyville walking and running around Jessie Lake Trail.
This was of course in support of the 44th Terry Fox Run, continuing the Marathon of Hope and Terry Fox’s dream of raising a dollar from each Canadian towards cancer research.
In Bonnyville, $4400 was raised towards the cause.
Overall, the Terry Fox Run has raised roughly a billion dollars in the intervening decades.
