Employment Opportunity – Motion Motor Sports – Full Time Mechanic

Responsibilities:

• Discuss issues/complaints with customers
• Diagnose & locate problems with electrical, engine, power train, suspension, frame, ect.
• Dismantle, adjust, and repair mechanical & electrical issues
• Clean & adjust carburetors, clutches, brakes, drive chain, ect.
• Replace and rebuild parts/cylinders
• Modify units for high performance, turbo, Nitro and snorkel kits
• Maintain a clean and efficient shop environment
• Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole

Qualifications:

• Experience and knowledge in the powersports industry is necessary
• Fundamental computer skills required
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Work in a professional, positive manner in person and on the phone
• Able to be punctual and reliable at all times
