Responsibilities:
- Discuss issues/complaints with customers
- Diagnose & locate problems with electrical, engine, power train, suspension, frame, ect.
- Dismantle, adjust, and repair mechanical & electrical issues
- Clean & adjust carburetors, clutches, brakes, drive chain, ect.
- Replace and rebuild parts/cylinders
- Modify units for high performance, turbo, Nitro and snorkel kits
- Maintain a clean and efficient shop environment
- Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole
Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge in the powersports industry is necessary
- Fundamental computer skills required
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Work in a professional, positive manner in person and on the phone
- Able to be punctual and reliable at all times
