The Cold Lake Fighter Jets are looking to make it back to back national titles, but this year they’ll need to go across the country to make it happen.

It’s a rematch for Cold Lake against the GTA All-Stars for the rights to declare themselves the best in Canada once again, as the Fighter Jets team is en route to Ontario this year.

Cold Lake became the first time in over 15 years to win consecutive Alberta Football League titles, claiming the championship over the Airdrie Irish once again.

The club has been fundraising trying to offset costs for the trip and are still doing so. Go visit their social media feeds for more information.

There will be a watch party at O2s in Cold Lake for the Saturday night kickoff at 6:00pm.
