With heavy hearts, the family of Emily Dianne Bourassa of Bonnyville, Alberta announces her passing on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at the age of 77 years. Emily is lovingly survived by her brothers: Jerome (Darcie) Bourassa, Gerald Bourassa; nephews: Melvin Bourassa, Cory Bourassa; nieces: Shelly (John) McCormack, Sarah Bourassa; great nieces & nephews: Katie, Kelsey, Josh, Melissa (Alberto), Devon; as well as numerous relatives and friends. Emily was predeceased by her parents: Joseph & Bernadette Bourassa; brothers: Paul Bourassa, Eugene Bourassa; sister in-law: Esther Bourassa.
Funeral Mass, Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, Bonnyville, Alberta with Father Rene Realuyo officiating. Urn Bearers: Devon McCormack, Melissa McCormack, Alberto Nieves. Honorary Urn Bearers Maryanne Dunkin and all of the people at the Bonnyville Senior Citizens Drop in Center.
Final Resting Place, St Isidore Catholic Cemetery, Plamondon, Alberta, at a later date.
