It is with immence sorrow that the family announces the passing of their dear father & pépère: Allan Kenneth McBain on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at the age of 84 years and their loving mother & mémère: Denise Blanche McBain on Friday, August 11, 2023 at the age of 76 years. Allan & Denise were best friends & life partners, blessed to have enjoyed 58 years together.

Allan & Denise will be forever loved and remembered by their devoted daughter: Diana Levasseur of Bonnvyille; two cherished grandchildren: Ryan (Esther) Levasseur of Indianapolis, IN, U.S.A., Ashley (Tim) Buchanan of Bonnyville; seven precious great grandchildren: Nova, Tharyn, Luca & Mina Levasseur, Aubrey, Piper & Arlo Buchanan; sister-in-law: Edna Masse; as well as numerous nieces, nephews & dear friends.

Allan & Denise are predeceased by their son: Kenneth McBain; son-in-law: Paul Levasseur; Allan’s parents: Edward & Dorothy McBain; Allan’s siblings: Vera Hebert, Gertrude Jensen, Hazel Nutter, Muriel Fries, Clarence McBain, Bruce McBain, Hugh McBain; Denise’s parents: Armand & Delphine Masse; Denise’s siblings: Clara Moore, Jean Remesz, Roland Masse, Ted Masse.

Service of Remembrance, Friday, August 18, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, Bonnyville with Father Rene Realuyo officiating. Final Resting Place, Holy Family Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bonnyville. Memorial tributes in memory of Allan & Denise may be sent to Bonnyville & District S.P.C.A.
