On July 22, 2023, Mr. Brett Crane-Waskahat of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 31 years.

He is survived by his loving Kokum, Esther Crane; “Mom” Cheryl Crane; 3 sons & 1 daughter, Dayton Crane, Lynnace Cardinal, Xavier Crane & Paxton Quinney; loving partner, Rachel Quinney; 3 sisters, Mercedes, Jasmine & Jessica; 6 brothers, Wade, Stanley, Waylon, Damien, Dale & Anthony; numerous nieces, nephews & relatives.

Brett was predeceased by his biological mother, Jacqueline Waskahat; father, Dayton Crane; grandfather, Percy Crane; auntie, Lorna Wanuch; cousins, Thomas Crane, Harold Crane Jr. & Aaron Crane.

A Wake will be held on Thursday (leaving Grace Gardens at 1:00 p.m.) & Friday, July 27 & 28 at Cheryl Crane’s Residence, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Cheryl Crane’s Residence, Saddle Lake. Pastor Linda Burns will be officiating, with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
