Bonnyville Victim Services is celebrating a major milestone of the RCMP with a community get-together on Friday.
BVS is kicking off the 150th anniversary of Royal Canadian Mounted Police with a party at Little Leap Park from 11:00-4:00pm.
This will include a barbeque, games, the annual RCMP bike rodeo, donut eating contest, and appearances from the RCMP safety bear, Romeo the Victim Services dog, and the retired but beloved Victim Services dog Odie.
There is no cost to go and families are welcome to participate. Picture opportunities with Bonnyville RCMP members are expected.
