With grateful hearts for a life well lived, the family of Anne Margaret Hluss of Red Deer, Alberta formerly of Cold Lake announces the peaceful passing of their beloved mother, grandmother & great grandmother on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at the age of 92 years.

Anne lived at Beaver Crossing until relocating to Red Deer in 2000. She worked in the Admitting Department at the Cold Lake Hospital until her retirement in 1996.

Anne is lovingly survived by her two daughters: Sheila (Bill) Jones of St. Catharines, ON, Judy (Frank) Neelands of Red Deer, AB; grandson: Eric Moore of Red Deer, AB; granddaughter: Cathy (James) O’Brien & their children of St. Catharines, ON; as well as numerous nieces & nephews.

Anne was predeceased by her husband: Peter Hluss in 1997.

At Anne’s request, no formal service will be held and cremation has taken place.

Memorial tributes in memory of Anne may be sent to a charity of one’s choice.
