Lac La Biche RCMP investigating Church fire

On July 1, 2023, at 6:33 a.m., Lac La Biche RCMP, Lac La Biche Fire Department and County Peace Officers responded to a structure fire at the St. Andrews Anglican Church within the town site. As a result of the fire, the Church sustained significant damage inside and out.

At this time, the cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Lac La Biche RCMP are asking anyone who resides in the 101 to 103 block of Churchill Drive to check their security footage to look for any suspicious activity during the early morning hours.
