On June 22, 2023, Mr. Henry Steinhauer of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 18 years.

He is survived by his mother, Margaret Steinhauer; father, Michael Noah Cardinal; 4 sisters & 5 brothers, Tahnee (Malvin) McAdam, Devon Steinhauer, Tasheena Steinhauer (Lance), Kayla Steinhauer (Richard), Nathasha Steinhauer, Triston Steinhauer, Michael Steinhauer, Tessa Cardinal, Lane Cardinal & Simon Steinhauer; uncle, Samuel L. Cardinal (Connie); maternal grandparents, Jean & Albert Ross; paternal grandmother, Nancy M. Cardinal; numerous relatives & friends.

Henry was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Gladys Steinhauer & Emery Cardinal; paternal grandfather, Henry P. Cardinal; auntie, Ruth Ann Cardinal.

A Wake will be held on Sunday (leaving Grace Gardens at 1:00 p.m.) & Monday, July 2 & 3 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 4 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Elders will be officiating, with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
