City closes all sports fields in Imperial Park due to rain
Due to the excessive rainfall in the recent days, all sports fields (Baseball, Rugby and Soccer) in Imperial Park and outside the Energy Centre have been temporarily closed until further notice.
To ensure no permanent damage is done to any of the outdoor facilities, please refrain from playing on these fields until grounds have been sufficiently drained and dried.
For the time being, The Thomas Varughese Artificial Turf Field remains open for use.
