Lac La Biche RCMP seeking public assistance in locating stolen Chromebooks
On May, 12,2023, at approximately 07:30 a.m., Lac La Biche RCMP received a complaint of an overnight Break and Enter at the Light of Christ School. It was learned that suspects had forcibly gained entry before stealing 25 Google Chromebooks totalling $7000. During the subsequent investigation, RCMP would identify one of the suspects involved.
Trevor Howard Boucher (44) a resident of Lac La Biche, was arrested and has been charged with the following:
- Breaking and Entering to commit
- Mischief under $5000
Boucher was held for a Judicial Interim Release Hearing and was remanded into custody. His first court appearance was May 29, 2023, at Alberta Court of Justice in Lac La Biche.
