With saddened hearts, the family of Eldon “Jim” James Schweigert of Ardmore, Alberta announces his passing on May 13, 2023 at the age of 74 years.

Jim will be forever remembered and loved by his children: Donald (Tracy) Schweigert of Grimshaw, Jenny Schweigert (Nick Jordan) of Beaverdam, Delila (Jamie) Roux of Fort Kent, Rose Schweigert of Ardmore; grandchildren: Amanda, Samantha, Michelle, Amber, Steven, Micheal, Austin, Crystal, Megan, Jesse, Alexander; great granddaughters: Emberly, Hailey; sister: Judy Roux (Paul); as well as numerous nieces & nephews.

Jim was predeceased by his wife: Dora Schweigert; parents: Dora & Alex Schweigert; grandson: Russel Tallmadge; siblings: Shirley Adrian, Steve Schweigert.

Funeral Service, Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Lakeview Gospel Centre, Bonnyville, Alberta with Pastor Dwayne Mitchell officiating. Pallbearers: Micheal, Jamie, Nick, Austin, Jesse, Steven; honorary pallbearers: All of Jim’s grandchildren.

Final Resting Place, Beaverdam Community Cemetery, Beaverdam, Alberta.

Memorial tributes in memory of Jim may be sent to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and/or Lung Association.
