One person has sustained serious injuries after a collision late last night in Bonnyville.
Emergency vehicles headed out to 43 Avenue around 10:20pm last night. A pickup truck was heading westbound on 43 Ave and was turning south onto 40th Street and did not see a dirt bike that was eastbound on 43 Ave.
The dirt bike had no form of lights resulting in a collision, police said.
The driver of the dirt bike sustained serious injuries and was air lifted to an Edmonton area hospital.
The driver of the dirt bike is also facing a charge under the Off Highway Vehicle Act.
