Bark Park in Cold Lake temporarily unavailable in April

A Public Service Announcement is being issued to Cold Lake for residents who access the Bark Park. 

During the month of April, the Bark Park will be temporarily unavailable due to helicopter operations. 

The Advanced Tactical Aviation Course will be periodically conducting helicopter operations out of the dog walking area, located north of the CFB Cold Lake road to the Cadet Camp. 

Military personnel will be on the scene to ensure the safety of individuals and vehicles, which may result in the area being unavailable for certain periods of time. 

Helicopters can cause significant wind and cause objects to be thrown, the public is asked to keep a wide margin and follow directions when this area is active for helicopter use.
