December 20, 1985 – March 18, 2023

It is with great sadness that the family of Thad Brander of Vancouver, BC announce his passing at the age of 37 years, after his courageous battle with cancer.

Thad is survived by his loving wife, Katherine Holt of Vancouver; devoted mother, Elaine Moyah of Vancouver; father, Ian Brander of Whitehorse, Yukon; brothers, Conrad & Quinn Brander of Vancouver; numerous aunts & uncles, nephew, nieces & cousins.

Thad was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Maryrose White of Saddle Lake, AB; grandfather, Adolphus Cryer of Beaver Lake, AB; great-grandparents, Thomas & Louise Moyah of Frog Lake, AB; paternal grandparents, Hugh & Sue Brander of Saskatoon, SK.

A Wake will be held on Wednesday, March 29 (leaving Grace Gardens at 1:00 p.m.) at Norman C. Quinney Careers Centre, Frog Lake, AB. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 30 at 9:00 a.m. at Norman C. Quinney Careers Centre, Frog Lake, with interment in Our Lady of Good Counsel Roman Catholic Cemetery, Frog Lake, AB.
