For the month of December, Sobeys put together food platters for a good cause.
How it worked was that for every platter bought one dollar would go back to the Bonnyville Friendship Centre.
After calculating $863, the money was donated to the Bonnyville Friendship Centre Food Bank.
The appetizing platters were made straight from the Sobeys deli, with imported cheeses and deli meats perfect for any occasion.
Fred Jelschen, manager of Sobeys hand-delivered the money himself.
