On January 12, 2023, Mr. Gerald Stanley of Frog Lake passed away at the age of 51 years.

He is survived by his mother, Anna; 2 sons & 3 daughters, Calvin McGilvery-Stanley, Natasha McGilvery (Richard), Savannah McGilvery-Stanley (Albert), Sierrah Stanley (Vitel) & Eathan Cook-Stanley; 4 grandchildren, Ritrisha, Ramera, Tallah & Creeanna; siblings, Brenda (Bredner), Vernon, Evelyn, Bernard (Tysina), Bennett Jr., Lenny, Richard, Jennifer (Cody), Lillian (Derrick), Zachary, Cheryl & Rachel; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.

Gerald was predeceased by his father, Bennett Nicotine; children, Morning Dove Stanley-McGilvery & Asiniy Stanley-McGilvery; maternal grandparents, Philleon & Josephine Stanley; paternal grandparents, Dorothy Nicotine & John Moosoomin; siblings, Burton Northwest, Jerome, Cindy & Georgina Stanley; special friend, Emily Soosay. A Wake will be held on Thursday (leaving Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m.) & Friday, January 26 & 27 at Norman C. Quinney Careers Centre, Frog Lake.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Norman C. Quinney Careers Centre, Frog Lake. Reverend Maxine Yvette Desjarlais will be officiating, with interment in Clearwater Lake Cemetery, Frog Lake.
