UPDATE: Lac La Biche RCMP seek to unite snowmobile with owner

UPDATE

Lac La Biche RCMP would like to advise that the owner of the snowmobile was successfully located.

Thank you to all involved in reuniting the owner with his sled.

BACKGROUND

On Sunday Jan. 16, at approximately 10:15 a.m. RCMP were called to a section of railway tracks behind the 101 Avenue businesses. A silver Ski-Doo GTX 1200 was located abandoned and stuck on the tracks.

Lac La Biche RCMP were unable to identify an owner of the snowmobile and would like see it returned. If you or someone you know may be the owner the snowmobile can be claimed by attending the Lac La Biche RCMP Detachment. Proof ownership will be required prior to the vehicle’s release.
