A 30-year-old from Leduc is facing four charges after RCMP were called to a domestic disturbance.
The incident happened on Wednesday, October 12 around 9:00am, when Bonnyville RCMP were called to an apartment building on 43 Street and the 4500 block.
Police went to mediate a situation and separated the two parties.
While doing a search, RCMP said they found a pump action shotgun hidden under couch cushions.
Dylan Drake, 30, from Leduc was charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm, unsafe storage of a firearm, assault, and mischief under $5000.
He was released from custody and will appear in court in Bonnyville in November.
