With heavy hearts, the family of Sidney Allen Unrau, of Pierceland, Saskatchewan announces his passing on Friday, September 9, 2022 at the age of 82 years.

 

Sidney will be forever remembered by his best friend and loving wife of 58 years: Pauline Unrau of Pierceland, SK; two sons: Les (Janice) Unrau of Lloydminster, AB, Arthur Unrau of Cold Lake, AB; two grandchildren: Sydney & Jeremy Unrau; brother: Larry Unrau; two sisters: Janet Learmonth, Verna Lefebvre; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

 

Sidney was predeceased by his parents: William & Agnes Unrau; three brothers: Irvin, Melvin, Bob; two sisters: Emily, Laura.

 

Public Visitation, Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., Pierceland Community Hall, Pierceland, SK.

Funeral Service, Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., Pierceland Community Hall, Pierceland, SK with friend of the family Brian Hannigan officiating. Pallbearers: Jeremy Unrau, Theryn Fairley, Fred Lefebvre, George Lefebvre, Leonard Gelowitz, Brad Harrison. Final Resting Place, Pierceland Community Cemetery, Pierceland, SK.
