Lac La Biche County reminds drivers of local road axle loadings

A load restriction has been placed on roads in Lac La Biche County.

Lac La Biche County would like to remind residents and drivers that effective as of March 25, 2022 at 8 am, local road axle loadings will be adjusted for Lac La Biche County.

These axle loadings are as follows:

  • 90 per cent local road axle loadings on all paved County roadways (an easy way to determine these roads is that they have painted center lines and shoulder lines).
  • 90 per cent local road axle loadings on all graveled County roadways.
  • 75 per cent local axle loadings on all oiled County roadways (these roadways do not have painted center lines and shoulder lines).

Please note:  This includes all subdivisions in the County.
