The Bonnyville RCMP recently arrested an intoxicated female who uttered threats at the victim of her crime while being led away in handcuffs.

On February 28, at 10:15 p.m. the Bonnyville RCMP received a report from a male of an unwanted intoxicated female who had entered his residence and is trying to gain access to his car.

“The male further stated he did not know who the female was,” Staff Sgt. Sarah Parke. “Members attended and located the female outside beside the victim’s vehicle.”

She was arrested for mischief, and while she was being led away in handcuffs the female threatened to come back and kill the victim.

“The 29-year-old female from Fishing Lake is charged with Uttering Threats, Break & Enter and Mischief,” Staff Sgt. Parke said.

She was brought before a Justice of the Peace for a bail hearing and was released on conditions without having to pay bail.

She’s set to appear in court on March 22 in Bonnyville.
