No Injuries in school bus accident in Kehewin
Everyone involved in a recent accident involving a school bus in Kehewin is okay.
According to the RCMP, “On December 16, at 11:15 a.m. the Bonnyville RCMP were dispatched to Highway 657 in Kehewin for a two-vehicle collision involving a school bus.”
Staff Sgt. Sarah Parke is the Detachment Commander of the Bonnyville RCMP.
“There were no children on the bus and neither driver was injured,” S/Sgt. Parke said.
The 18-year-old female from Bonnyville driving the car is a graduated driver’s license driver and did not have an adult supervisor with her, S/Sgt. Parke added.
“She was charged for same and issued a warning for driving too fast for road conditions,” S/Sgt. Parke said.
