The Bonnyville RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted individual.
The Bonnyville RCMP received a report from the Bonnyville Boys and Girls Club in January 2021, of alleged fraud by an employee in the amount of over $60,000. As a result, Bonnyville RCMP launched an investigation that resulted in charges against Petcharnin (Patty) Cowden, 37, of Cold Lake, for:
- Fraud greater than $5,000 (x6)
- Fraud less than $5,000 (x5)
- Forging a document (x3)
The Bonnyville RCMP were unable to locate Cowden and obtained a warrant for her arrest in July 2021. Bonnyville RCMP’s efforts to located her have been unsuccessful and so the assistance of the public is being sought.
According to Cowden’s professional instagram page, where she goes by her stage name Patty Srisuwan under the handle @patty_srisuwan she left Canada on or before July 16th, 2021 when she posted a photo of herself in Abu Dhabi City.
Since the July 16th photo it does not appear that Cowden has returned to the country. The last photo with her location posted was on September 9th, 2021 where Cowden posts she is in Singapore.
Cowden posted two days ago, on November 20th, 2021 with an Thai makeup artist. The location of the photo is unknown.
The photos from July 16th through to the most recent on November 20th all appear to be taken outside of Canada. Many of them in beach and tropical locations.
Lakeland Connect has notified the RCMP of this account and the images.
Cowden, who also goes by the stage name Patty Srisuwan, is described as:
- Light complexion
- 5’3” tall
- 145 lbs
- Brown hair
- Brown eyes
