Lac La Biche RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in suspicious fire

Police in Lac La Biche need your help to identify those responsible for a suspicious vacant trailer fire.

According to the Mounties, “On Oct. 23, around 7:15 p.m. Lac La Biche RCMP responded to a report of a structure on fire in the Bonesville subdivision.”

Cst. Cassandra Calverley is a Media Relations Officer for the Lac La Biche RCMP.

“Lac La Biche RCMP, and Lac La Biche Fire Department arrived on scene. After the fire was extinguished, a fire examiner attended and conducted an investigation into the source of the fire,” Cst. Cassandra Calverley said. “No one was living in the trailer.”

The fire was determined to be suspicious and the RCMP are continuing to investigate.
