Saskatchewan RCMP looking for two Cold Lake men wanted for kidnapping
The RCMP in Saskatchewan needs assistance to locate two men who reside in Cold Lake wanted for kidnapping.
According to police, Leroy Scott Noltcho, 38, and Joshua Lawrence Desjarlais, 32, both reside in the City of Cold Lake, but frequent Dillion and Buffalo Narrows.
Noltcho is described as 6ft 1″ and 236 lbs.
Desjarlais is 6ft 1″ and 238 lbs.
