The police in Cold Lake need you help to identify an armed robbery suspect.

According to the RCMP, “At approximately 9:00 p.m. on Oct. 19, the Cold Lake R.C.M.P. responded to an armed robbery at the Nap Liquor store in Cold Lake South.”

Police say the male suspect entered the business masked with what a witness believed to be a sword and demanded money. The suspect then left the business with two bottles of liquor into a blue Ford F150 extended cab with three other unknown occupants. No one was harmed.

The male suspect is described as:

• • Approximately 5’11 in height
  • Grey baseball cap
  • Black jacket
  • Blue jeans

The Cold Lake RCMP made extensive patrols in the area but the suspects were not located. If you can identify the male suspect in the photos please contact Cold Lake RCMP at 780-594-3302 or your local police.
