Lac La Biche RCMP investigate shots fired

The RCMP in Lac La Biche need your help to solve what they are calling a firearms incident.

According to police, “On July 22, at 11 :45 p.m., the Lac La Biche RCMP received a complaint of a possible discharge of a firearm at a residence located in the area of Mountain Trail in Beaver Lake.”

The Lac La Biche RCMP attended and conducted an investigation that included the assistance of the RCMP Police Dog Service.

The RCMP continue to investigate this incident and are asking anyone with dash cam footage on July 22, 2021, between 11:30 p.m. and Midnight, in the area of Mountain Trail in Beaver Lake, Alta., or who may have information regarding this incident or those responsible, to please contact Lac La Biche RCMP at 780-404-2500 or your local police.
