Lac La Biche County has received its latest new fire truck.
The new fire truck is a multi-function unit than can haul up to 1,800 gallons of water with a 500 gallons-per-minute output, while also being usable as a light rescue.
“It’s a state-of-the-art unit with pump and roll capabilities, allowing it to pump water and foam from its front turret while being operated by a single firefighter,” Lac La Biche County stated on social media. This unit will be housed in one of our rural stations, but other stations will receive similar apparatus in the future as equipment ages.”
