St. Paul RCMP doors will be locked effective Wednesday

Measures are following enhanced health protocols, the Detachment said on Tuesday.

St. Paul RCMP will be locking the front doors to the Detachment on Wednesday, November 18 until further notice.

The St. Paul RCMP will still be fully operational and available to meet the needs of the community, the detachment said on Tuesday.

“We have the ability to accommodate many requests by phone and email. With this being said we are asking those community members that have access to these tools to do so as a first step instead of attending the detachment,” said Sgt. David Graham, St. Paul RCMP.

“This will not affect our ability to ensure public safety as we remain fully functional. This is just another step we can take to screen who we are in contact with and to assist in keeping the community that we serve safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.”

In September, the detachment re-open for front counter services

Community members are asked to call 780-645-8888 if they need to make a complaint or to call 780-645-8870 if they have an administrative question prior to attending the detachment.
