NOTICE: Closure 49th Street

The Town of Bonnyville is informing residents that 49 Street between 50 Avenue and 47 Avenue will be temporarily closed from June 29-July 3.

The closure is part of the utility work being done for the Bonnyville Centralized High School renovation that’s currently underway.

Work and road closure will be weather dependent.

On June 29 and 30, the intersection of 49 Ave. and 49 St. will be reduced to one lane with flaggers to direct traffic. Construction signage will be placed at the corner of 49 St. and 47 Ave. for local traffic to access the effected homes along 49 St. at 47 Ave.

On July 1, 49 Street will be open.

From July 2-4 construction signage will be placed at 49 Ave and 49 St. and 47 Ave and 49 Street. Local traffic will be able to access the effected home along 49 St.
