Bonnyville residents asked to limit non-essential water usage
Bonnyville residents are being asked to limit their non-essential water usage on Tuesday afternoon.
In a press release, the Town said the reason is because of a mechanical failure at Bonnyville’s Water Treatment Plant.
The plant is operating at 50 per cent capacity.
If the advisory continues until late Wednesday, the Town may be lowering the water pressure in Bonnyville, which will help conserve water at a lessened pressure.
“We want to thank all the residents of Town for their cooperation over the next few days as we get the Water Plant back up to full operating capacity.
