Elk Point moves to livestreaming meetings

The Town of Elk Point will be livestreaming their Public Works meetings while the COVID-19 pandemic is active.

Cheif administration Officer, Ken Gwozdz explained in an email to Lakeland Connect that the move will be temporary and the town will return to in person meetings once the health concerns have lessened.

The town had previously moved all their council meetings to a livestream format.

You can watch meetings via Facebook and on the town’s website, elkpoint.ca.

Any future public meetings will be livestreamed as well confirmed Gwozdz.
