65 year old St. Paul man charged with child pornography
On Feb. 5, 2020, following an investigation lasting several months the the St. Paul RCMP along with ALERT’s Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) unit executed a search warrant on a residence in the town of St. Paul.
On Feb. 19, 2020, Ronald Joseph Belzil (65), of St. Paul was arrested and charged with one count of possession of child pornography.
Belzil was held for a judicial interim release hearing and released by a Justice of the Peace on a Release Order with conditions to appear in St. Paul Provincial Court on Mar. 12, 2020.
