On Feb. 14, 2020 shortly after 6:00 p.m., St. Paul RCMP were called to a collision between a farm tractor and a pick up truck on Highway 652 near Range Road 115.
Upon arrival at the scene it was determined that the driver of the pickup truck, a 58-year-old male of Saddle Lake, Alta. was deceased.
Two female passengers in the truck were both transported to a nearby hospital with serious non-life threatening injuries. The male driver of the tractor was uninjured.
At the time of the collision visibility was clear and the roads were partially covered in snow. A collision analyst attended the scene and the collision remains under investigation.
