Snow Angels program returns in Elk Point

The County of St. Paul and Elk Point FCSS is excited to be partnered once again with the Elk Point Outreach School to offer snow removal for seniors and people with disabilities in the Town of Elk Point.

The students will complete as many residents as possible there is NO guarantee they will be able to make it to all the houses in one day.
