Any person claiming to be affected by the decision made by the Development Officer may appeal by writing a NOTICE OF APPEAL to the Secretary of the Development Appeal Board, Box 448, Elk Point, Alberta within 14 days from the first of this notice giving reasons for the appeal. Such appeal shall be accompanied by a certified cheque or money order in the amount of one Hundred fifty ($150.00) dollars.
