NLPS students crowned Christmas Card contest winners

Northern Lights Public Schools are in the festive spirit and three students have been highlighted for their artistic flair.

Kindergarten student Greyson Anderson from Caslan School, Grade 5 Brenna Heffernan from H.E. Bourgoin Middle School and Grade 11 Senika Butch from Bonnyville Outreach School were named the division’s Christmas Card Artwork Contest winners this year.

The three paintings have been printed on this year’s division Christmas cards and distributed to community partners around the Lakeland and the province.

NLPS trustees will be presenting each student with a basket of NLPS goodies and their artwork framed for display at Christmas concerts and events this week.
