RCMP arrest one, searching for another after break and enter in Elk Point
An Elk Point man has been charged after a break and enter in the town and is seeking assistance identifying another suspect.
On October 5, members of the Elk Point Detachment were dispatched to a break and enter at a local business that occurred on October 4 at approximately 10:00 p.m.
Two suspects gained entry to the business.
Members reviewed the video surveillance on site and were able to identify one male as Dallan Moser (25) from Elk Point.
Moser was subsequently arrested by RCMP.
Dallan Moser has been charged with:
- Break and enter
- Mischief under $5000
- Possession of coin-operated device breaking instrument
- Fail to comply conditions of recognizance (x 2)
- Fail to comply conditions of probation (x 2)
Moser has been remanded to appear in St. Paul Provincial Court on October 17, today.
Elk Point RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance to identify the second person involved in the break in.
The attached photo shows the unknown suspect wearing a red hoodie/jacket, gloves, and dark pants.
